Why else would I drive all the way down to I-drive, in the rain? I had to see this in person…and it did not disappoint! I can say, this is one of the most unique places I’ve been too. The black and white esthetic made me feel like I was in an old black and white cartoon! Very surreal! Make sure you document this experience. This place is full of photo opportunities for your Instagram-worthy content.

But don’t spend too much time perfecting your shot – the food is best enjoyed fresh and hot! They have a decent size menu featuring favorites like egg rolls, spring rolls, and dumplings to name a few. For your bowls you can pick from a list or build your own bowl. They do have the traditional choice of noodles..ramen, pho, udon, and even zoodles (zucchini). We ordered fried pork dumplings and crab rangoon for appetizers. I got the Crispy Pig Bowl with ramen noodles and my son did the build your own bowl. Everything was delish! Oh and I had to order the “purple” drink I’d been seeing! It’s the Taro Milk Tea with tapioca boba and my son got the boba Thai tea. They also offer beer, sake, and sake based cocktails.

Wondering what you can expect from Twenty Pho Hour? We came for lunch around 12:30 on a Wednesday. It’s located in a very nice shopping center with plenty of parking. Upon entering the restaurant, we were met with a short line of people waiting to give their order, pay, and be seated. This is a cashless payment system, so bring your cards….does anyone still use cash?? The line moved fast and we were seated by the hostess. She handed us a number for our table so the food runner could find us. Speaking of the food, since this is a restaurant, and not just a photo shoot! The food was really good and came out hot and fast!
