Whether you’re planning your first visit or just love keeping up with new Orlando attractions, here’s everything you need to know about Epic Universe, from lands and rides to ticket info.

What Is Epic Universe?

Epic Universe is the fourth theme park at Universal Orlando Resort, joining Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Built on a new site just south of the original resort area, it’s designed around a hub-and-spoke layout, with guests entering a central portal and branching off into entirely different themed “worlds.”

This isn’t just a park…it’s a next-gen experience with innovative ride technology, immersive storytelling, and Orlando’s first in-park hotel!

Themed Lands at Epic Universe

Each land is accessed through a “portal” from the central Celestial Park, making every transition feel like stepping into another universe.

Super Nintendo World

Power up in the Mushroom Kingdom! Race through Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, explore Yoshi’s Adventure, and take on Donkey Kong: Mine-Cart Madness. Plus, meet Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach in real life.

A family favorite with Viking flair, this land features a flying dragon coaster, interactive play zones, and themed dining straight from the animated trilogy. And don’t miss the show, “The Untrainable Dragon”….It’s excellent!

In this land you can meet Vikings and even Toothless, the most adorable dragon. You will also find 3 rides: Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, Dragon Racer’s Rally, and Fyre Drill – a wet ride.
