Tutto Italia Restaurant Epcot Review: Authentic Italian Dining in the Italy Pavilion

Searching for a truly transportive and authentic Italian dining experience at Walt Disney World? Look no further than Tutto Italia Restaurant in Epcot’s Italy Pavilion. This table-service gem captures the warm, welcoming spirit of a classic Italian trattoria. We stepped inside, instantly enveloped by the beautiful scent of garlic and olive oil, and were greeted with a cheerful “Buongiorno!” from the host.

My Experience at Epcot’s Tutto Italia Restaurant

Ambiance and Setting: A Taste of Old Rome in Epcot

The moment we were seated inside, away from the midday Florida sun, the restaurant’s Old-World charm became apparent. The main dining room is a feast for the eyes, featuring sparkling crystal chandeliers, rich wood paneling, and stunning murals that make you feel like you’ve been transported to a Roman villa.

Whether you’re planning your first visit or you’re an annual passholder hunting for your next bite, this is your ultimate EPCOT food and drink guide. Let’s eat (and sip!) our way around the World Showcase—and beyond.

Despite not having a reservation for our mid-afternoon visit (a rare stroke of luck at Epcot!), we were quickly offered a choice of indoor or patio seating. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it an ideal choice for a Disney date night or a relaxing family meal. Our Italian waiter was prompt and friendly, immediately bringing out complimentary olives, fresh olive oil, and a selection of assorted Italian bread.

Tutto Italia Menu Highlights: Must-Try Dishes

While Tutto Italia Restaurant is known to be a bit of a splurge in terms of Epcot table service pricing, the quality of the food truly justifies the cost.

To start, we opted for the perfectly fried Calamari Fritti. Served with an excellent marinara sauce, this appetizer was a perfect bite.

For the main courses, my son ordered the Chicken Parmesan. This dish was so good with all that melty mozzarella cheese and sauce over top! I chose the Mare e Monti, which is Braised Short Rib and Maine Lobster Ravioli’s. This is perfectly decadent and the combination was delicious and satisfying. We even spotted the table next to us enjoying the hearty Lasagna all Bolognese, (OMG) a dish now firmly on my list for our next visit!

Unfortunately, with all this amazing food, we are too full for dessert! They have cannoli, tiramisu, gelato, praline chocolate mousse, and ricotta cheesecake! All would have been amazing, I’m sure. Perhaps, next time!

Pro Tip: Looking for a grab and go Espresso Martini? Head next door to the Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar.

  1. Waiter’s Name: Andrea
In the beginning, Andrea was super nice to us. He spoke Italian to us and made it a quick and go service. The food that we ordered was pretty good, and he was in a good mood. He spoke very fluently, and he was patient. In my food out of a five-star radius, it would be 4.5. My family really loved him. In the end, he was a surprise to me! He even taught me a little bit of Italian.
    I would never forget him!
    Sincerely,
    The Jewanee Family
