The second you walk through the doors, the bright, bustling Florida sun completely melts away. The restaurant is beautifully dark and backlit by the deep blue glow of a massive, floor-to-ceiling shark aquarium that spans an entire wall of the dining room.
Because the seating is tiered, practically every table in the house gets a fantastic view of the marine life. It feels sophisticated, calm, and incredibly exclusive—making it the ultimate way to take a breath and recharge during a high-energy park day.

Keep in mind that requesting a seat directly against the glass will usually tack on an extra 15–30 minutes to your wait time, but trust me—it is worth every single second.
