The Best Orlando Food Truck Festivals That Happen Every Single Month

Hey friend! Did you know, the best Orlando food truck festivals aren’t the one-weekend blowouts you see plastered all over your feed — they’re the recurring rallies that come back every month, all year! Yes, these are events you should be adding to your calendars, so you can add them into your life.

The first stretch of bearable weather is here, and you already know what that means. Eating standing up in a parking lot with a drink in your hand and zero regrets.

Is there anything worse that seeing a list of festivals that already happened? That’s so frustrating…. What you want is the repeating stuff, so you can bring different friends each time and never run out of new trucks to try!

So this is that list: every recurring food truck festival in Orlando and the surrounding towns, sorted by how much I’d rearrange my calendar for it.

One note before you go: lineups and dates shift constantly, especially around holidays and storm season. Always double-check the event page or Instagram the week of. I’ve linked every source so you can verify in one tap.

Table of Contents

The One You Plan Around: Sanford Food Truck Fiesta

Second Sunday of every month, 1–6 p.m. | 202 S Sanford Ave, downtown Sanford | Free admission, free parking

If you do exactly one of these, make it this one. The Sanford Food Truck Fiesta brings 40-plus food trucks and tents to the brick streets of Historic Downtown Sanford on the second Sunday of every month, year-round, 1 to 6 p.m., with live music, artisan vendors and free parking.

What separates it from every other rally on this list: it’s themed. Organizers rotate holiday, seasonal and community themes instead of running the same event twelve times a year, and proceeds support Ladies 327’s community work: Sanford Food Truck Fiesta.

Why it beats the rest: it spills across multiple venues — West End Trading Co., Celery City Craft and Wild Wild West End Saloon — so you’re never trapped in one hot field.

Eat your way down the street, duck into a bar with AC, come back out for dessert!

My honest advice: arrive at 1 p.m. or at 4:30 p.m. The 2:30 to 3:30 window is peak line misery, and the best trucks sell out of their signature item before 5. Forty-plus trucks is also too many to browse, so pick three targets.

Bonus round: Sanford double-dips. Alive After 5 runs the second Thursday of each month, 5–8 p.m. at 230 East First Street, with music, food, craft beer and shopping, rain or shine. It takes July and August off (Historic Downtown Sanford).

Two reasons to drive to Sanford every month. I don’t make the rules…

Monthly Orlando Food Truck Festivals Worth the Drive

These are the repeat offenders just outside Orlando. Every one of these Orlando food truck festivals runs monthly, so pick the one closest to you and make it a standing thing!

Casselberry Food Truck Friday

Second Friday monthly, 6–9 p.m. | Lake Concord Park, 95 Triplet Lake Dr, Casselberry

Ten-plus trucks in a genuinely pretty lakeside park. This can be a casual date night, beautiful and budget-friendly!

Bring a blanket and get there before the sun drops for the good photos.

Ocoee Community Market

Monthly at Bill Breeze Park, 125 N Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee | Free

Ocoee runs a monthly market with food trucks, artisan vendors and live music alongside Orange Blossom Market Co. The next one lands Thursday, Oct 29, 5–8 p.m., (City of Ocoee).

Check the city calendar for the current month, because Ocoee moves these around more than most!

Clermont First Saturday Food Trucks

752 W. Montrose Street, Clermont | 4–8 p.m. (except June, July, and December)

Thirty-plus trucks on Clermont’s historic downtown street (Clermont Downtown).

Worth the drive if you want the small-town-square version of this….and a lake sunset!

When a whole month is too long to wait, these run every week.

Tasty Takeover in the Milk District

Every Tuesday, 6:30–10 p.m. | Back parking lots of 2424 E Robinson St, Orlando

tasty takeover milk district

Central Florida’s longest-running weekly food truck event, going since 2011, with roughly 10 to 11 trucks and pop-ups rotating weekly.

The move nobody tells you about: free parking at Festival Park, 2911 E Robinson St, from 6 to 11 p.m. (Tasty Takeover).

Stop circling Robinson. You’re welcome.

Orlando Food Truck Festivals Open Daily: No Event Required

Some days you don’t want to wait for one of the Orlando food truck festivals to come around. Good news: the city has permanent options!

a'la cart sodo
A’la Cart SoDo
  • À La Cart — three locations with resident trucks, open daily: Milk District at 609 Irvington Ave with 5 trucks, SoDo at 2207 E Michigan St with 9, and City District downtown at 274 N Orange Ave with 3.
  • Boxi Park, Lake Nona — 6877 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, with permanent vendors including Cañonita Street Taqueria, Claw and Order and Fowl Play. Thursday and Friday from 5 p.m., weekends from noon.
  • World Food Trucks, Kissimmee — open daily, advertising 100-plus trucks about 10 minutes from Disney, with late-night eats until 2 a.m. (World Food Trucks).
  • Food Trucks Heaven, Kissimmee — 5403 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, 50-plus trucks, open daily until 10:30 p.m. weeknights and 11:30 p.m. weekends.

My Tip: Real talk on the Kissimmee mega-pods: they’re built for tourists, and the volume is more impressive than the average quality. Go for the spectacle and the late hours, not for the best bite of your month!

A Fall Festival to Block Off

Hannibal Square Food & Music Festival, Winter Park — Thursday, Nov 19, 2026, 4–9 p.m. in Hannibal Square, with local restaurants, food trucks, sweets and drinks.

This event is FREE, however you can purchase a separate “tasting ticket” for $40, to try some specialty plates from the local restaurants in Hannibal Square. (I Luv Hannibal Square).

Winter Park in November is the best weather this city gets all year. Plus, I can wear one of my cute coats, finally! I’m adding this to my calendar!

Five Things I’ve Learned Doing This Too Often

After years of working my way through the Orlando food truck festivals circuit, here’s what I wish someone had told me sooner.

  1. Cash still matters. Most trucks take cards, but the line moves twice as fast without one, and at least one truck per event will have a reader that’s “being weird tonight.”
  2. Split everything. Two people, four trucks, one item each, shared. That’s how you taste an event instead of filling up on the first thing you see.
  3. Check Instagram the day of, not the week of. Lineups get swapped and afternoon storms shift start times.
  4. Go early for food, late for photos. Golden hour hits right as the lines thin out. That’s your window.
  5. Bring a chair. Almost none of these have enough seating, and the people sitting comfortably always look smug for a reason.

Orlando Food Truck Festivals FAQ

What is the biggest food truck festival in the Orlando area?

The Sanford Food Truck Fiesta is the largest recurring one, with over 40 food trucks and tents taking over downtown Sanford on the second Sunday of every month from 1 to 6 p.m. (City of Sanford).

Are Orlando food truck festivals free to attend?

Most of the recurring ones are. The Sanford Food Truck Fiesta offers free parking and no ticketed admission, Alive After 5 lists free admission, and Ocoee’s and Casselberry events are free as well (Historic Downtown Sanford). You pay only for what you eat.

Which Orlando food truck festivals happen every week?

Tasty Takeover runs Tuesdays in the Milk District from 6:30 to 10 p.m., Maitland’s pod gathers Wednesdays at Lake Lily, Edgewood’s market runs Thursdays from 4 to 8 p.m., and Ivanhoe Park Brewing hosts trucks on Fridays (Tasty Takeover).

Can I bring my dog to Orlando food truck festivals?

It depends on the event. The Sanford Fiesta’s November Barksgiving edition is built around dogs, but some events do not. Always check the specific event before you load up the leash.

Where can I find food trucks in Orlando on a random weekday?

À La Cart has three permanent locations open daily, Boxi Park operates in Lake Nona, and Kissimmee has two large daily pods with late-night hours.

What is the best time to arrive at a food truck festival?

Get there right at open or in the last 90 minutes. At the Sanford Fiesta specifically, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. is the worst crowd window, and popular trucks sell out of signature items before 5 p.m.
