What’s Happening in Orlando: Things To Do In Orlando November 2026 Insider Guide

Friends, we made it. November is usually the month Orlando locals wait all year for….but it’s still kinda hot and humid!

But, the cooler weather is coming, right? Well, one good thing about this time of year is that every weekend has a festival going on. Seriously, every single one. So there’s plenty of things to do in Orlando…no excuses to be bored.

This post is all about food fests, live music, art, new restaurants and (sort of) patio weather. So get out your calendars, and lets make some plans!

Things To Do In Orlando November Guide

To help you navigate the month like a seasoned pro, I’ve broken down my top recommendations into my signature site architecture pillars: Eat and Drink, Theme Parks, and things to do Beyond the Parks. Let’s dive into your ultimate November playbook!

Eat and Drink: Food Fest Season Is Here!

If you only follow one section of this guide, make it this one. November is Orlando’s big outdoor eating month, and the best tickets go fast.

Curious about our local food truck scene? Now is the perfect time to try some new favorites…click to see where you can find them.

1. The Big Food and Drink Festivals

Taste of Thornton Park (Thursday, November 5)

The 25th annual Taste of Thornton Park takes over East Washington Street around the fountain from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. You get unlimited tastes from neighborhood restaurants and bars, and it raises money for the Thornton Park Neighborhood Association. It’s 21+ and ticketed.

Insider Tip: This is the most “neighborhood block party” of all the November tastings. Go hungry, wear flats and plan to walk to a Thornton Park bar after.

Cows ‘n Cabs (Thursday, November 5 and Saturday, November 7)

Winter Park’s big charity food-and-wine party is back for year 14 in the West Meadow of Central Park.

  • Tapas & ‘Tinis (Thursday, November 5, 7 to 10 PM): The small one, capped at 300 guests, with bite-sized dishes and martinis. Tickets are $275.
  • Cows ‘n Cabs (Saturday, November 7, 6 to 10 PM): The big one, with 30+ restaurants and 60+ beverage vendors. Tickets start at $225.

Yes, it’s a splurge. But it’s one of the few nights you can eat your way through a long list of Orlando’s best restaurants in one place, and the money goes to local kids’ organizations.

Casselberry Food & Wine Festival (Sunday, November 8)

The 16th annual festival is at Lake Concord Park, with tickets starting around $39. It’s the laid-back, budget-friendly option of the bunch, and my pick if Cows ‘n Cabs isn’t in the budget this year.

Orlando Beer Festival (Saturday, November 14)

The 11th annual Beer Fest is at Lake Eola Park this year, with hundreds of beers, ciders, seltzers and canned cocktails, plus live music, giant games and food trucks.

  • Entry times: VIP at noon, GA+ at 1 PM and general admission at 2 PM. It wraps at 5 PM.
  • Good to know: It’s 21+ and dog-friendly.

Insider Tip: Prices climb as tickets sell, so if you’re going, buy now instead of the week of. And VIP’s extra two hours (and real bathrooms) are worth it.

Florida Coffee Festival (Sunday, November 15)

The third annual Coffee Fest is at Festival Park in the Milk District from 11 AM to 4 PM (VIP gets in at 10). Think unlimited coffee and matcha samples, the Florida Latte Art Championship, cuppings, local artists and goat cuddling. Yes, goats. GA tickets are about $25. GET TICKETS HERE

Insider Tip: Beer Fest Saturday, Coffee Fest Sunday. You’re welcome.

Taste of College Park (Thursday, November 19)

The Rotary Club’s big neighborhood tasting is back at The Great Southern Box Company from 6 to 9 PM, with 16+ local restaurants, wine, craft beer, live music and an auction. Tickets start around $71.

Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic (Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21)

swan and dolphin resort orlando

The 17th annual Classic takes over the causeway between the Swan and Dolphin from 5 to 9 PM each night, with 50+ dishes and 170+ wines, beers and spirits. Tickets are $215 per night, and you save 10% if you buy both nights. You don’t need to stay at the resort to go.

This is my “fancy grown-up night out” pick of the month. It’s pricey, but it’s all-inclusive, and the menu changes each night.

2. New Openings Worth the Drive

Lots of new spots opened in the last few weeks. Here’s where I’d go first:

koffee sutra in thornton park
Rose Latte & Lavender Latte (lavender was better)
  • Udon Fifty (Mills 50): Sonny Nguyen (the chef behind Domu and Tori Tori) is now soft-open at 1222 E. Colonial Drive with Tokyo-style udon, house broths and made-to-order tempura. It’s open Thursday and Friday 4 to 9 PM, and weekends for lunch and dinner. It’s tiny, there are no reservations, and it can sell out, so go early.
  • Koffee Sutra (Thornton Park): New coffee and cocktail spot in one of my favorite walkable neighborhoods. (They have food too!) Great addition to the neighborhood.
  • Chaska (South Orlando): The brothers behind Koyla Pakistani BBQ just opened this Pakistani street-food spot at 8379 S. John Young Parkway. Paratha rolls, bun kebab and a Pakistani chopped cheese. I’m going. Soon.
  • Mecatos Bakery & Cafe (Winter Park): The Colombian bakery is now open at 610 W. Morse Blvd. in the old Coop space, with pastries, empanadas, arepas and coffee roasted on-site.
  • UniMart (Mills Market): A Japanese konbini with bento boxes, sushi boxes, fried chicken and snacks from the team behind Sorekara and Zaru. A second, bigger Winter Park store is planned for December.
  • Zaza Cuban Comfort Food (SoDo): The flagship is now open at 1621 S. Orange Ave., with a Winter Park location planned before the end of the year.
  • Ariana Kabab (SoDo area): Afghan kebabs, mantu dumplings and Kabuli pulao at 1737 S. Orange Ave.
  • Pinezza Pizza (Creative Village): New York-style grandma, square and Sicilian pies at 422 N. Terry Ave.
  • Sujuo Korean Eatery (Williamsburg): Korean fusion at 5474 Central Florida Parkway, from the owner of Taste of Chengdu.

Insider Tip: Soft openings mean shifting hours and menus. Check Instagram before you make the drive!

3. Coming Soon (and One I’m Done Waiting On)

  • Gentry’s BBQ at Hyperbolic Brewing (Ivanhoe Village): Hyperbolic Brewing is expected to open soon in the old Hammered Lamb space at 1235 N. Orange Ave., with Gentry’s BBQ running the kitchen. Brewery plus barbecue on Ivanhoe Row? Yes, please.
  • Cañonita (Lake Nona): Tavistock’s big Mexican restaurant is expected to open soon at 5947 Lake Nona Blvd. If you’ve had the street tacos at Boxi Park, this is the full-size version.
  • Amor y Chile (College Park): Mexican breakfast, lunch and dinner is coming this fall to the former Tornatore’s space on Edgewater Drive.
  • Tako Cheena (Mills 50): It’s moving back to its original home at 932 N. Mills Ave. No date yet.
  • Eola Food Hall (Downtown): Remember when I said it was coming in November? Well. It’s still listed as “opening 2026,” with no confirmed date or vendor list. I’ll believe it when I’m eating birria tacos with a Lake Eola view. Until then, I’ve stopped holding my breath.

Last call: Izziban Sushi and Snowbean on East Colonial have closed.

4. Weekly Markets and Night Markets

Fall weather means peak market season. These are free to walk around:

Orlando Farmers Market at Lake Eola: Every Sunday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Heads up: Lake Eola is going to be busy on festival weekends.. Secret Supper Clubs and Pop-Ups

Audubon Park Community Market: Every Monday, 5 to 8 PM, at Stardust Video & Coffee.

The Milk District’s Tasty Takeover: Tuesday nights, 6:30 to 10 PM, on East Robinson Street.

TPD Night Market: Thursdays and Fridays, 6 to 10 PM, in Thornton Park.

4Roots Farmers Market: Second and fourth Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. That’s November 14 and 28.

Theme Parks: The Sweet Spot Before December Hits

November is one of my favorite months in the parks. The weather is (usually) great, Food & Wine is still going, and a few big events are wrapping up. Here’s what you need to know.

1. Walt Disney World: Last Call for Food & Wine

EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival: The 30th festival runs through Saturday, November 21. If you haven’t had the legacy dishes yet, this is your last chance.

Eat to the Beat concerts wrap up November 16, and November’s lineup is great:

  • November 2 and 3: Boyz II Men
  • November 4 and 5: Big Head Todd and The Monsters
  • November 9 and 10: Grace Potter
  • November 11 and 12: The Beach Boys
  • November 13 to 16: The Hooligans

Insider Tip: Boyz II Men and The Beach Boys will be packed. Get to America Gardens Theatre early, or pick a Big Head Todd or Grace Potter night if you want a calmer evening.

Magic Kingdom closes early on Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party nights starting in early November. Check the park calendar before you plan an evening there.

Hurly-Burly at the BoardWalk: I checked out Disney’s new vaudeville-inspired venue last weekend. If you didn’t know, it took over the old Jellyrolls space on October 1. I thought they had great cocktails and the vibe was fun…they had a game of Disney Bingo going on. The hosts were great!

hurly burly at Disney's boardwalk

It’s walk-up only, all ages from 4 to 9 PM, then 21+ from 9 PM to 1 AM with live entertainment and music.

Closures to know before you go:

  • Tiana’s Bayou Adventure closes November 2 for refurbishment and is set to reopen December 18.
  • Carousel of Progress is closed until spring 2027.
  • The Walt Disney World Railroad is running a shorter shuttle route between Main Street and Fantasyland while construction continues.
  • Typhoon Lagoon is closed for its annual refurbishment.
  • The old DinoLand U.S.A. area at Animal Kingdom is still walled off for Tropical Americas construction.

2. Universal Orlando: Traitors and Epic After Dark

  • Universal Nights at Epic Universe: The after-hours event returns Friday, November 6 and Friday, November 20. Event hours are 9 PM to midnight, you can enter from 7 PM, and tickets are $179 plus tax. Limited capacity means shorter lines, and that’s what you’re paying for.
  • Wicked: The Experience is still open at Universal Studios Florida and included with admission.
  • The Traitors: New Blood bar at CityWalk is still open Wednesday to Sunday, and you don’t need a park ticket. There are 2 Traitors bars, one downstairs and one upstairs, each with its own menu. I got “The Dagger”…it has Green Chartreuse. IYKYK

Universal’s holiday season starts November 14, so expect bigger weekend crowds after that!

3. SeaWorld

SeaWorld Veterans Day Celebration Weekend: November 13 to 15, plus a BBQ picnic for Pass Members, active military and veterans on Sunday, November 15.

Beyond the Parks: Festivals, Art, Live Music and Patio Weather

1. Fall Fiesta in the Park (November 7 and 8)

The 55th annual Fall Fiesta brings hundreds of artists, crafters and food booths around Lake Eola, 10 AM to 5 PM both days. It’s free and pet-friendly! (Keep and eye out for my upcoming Pet-Friendly Guide to Orlando!)

Insider Tip: Roads around the lake close from Friday morning through Sunday night, so rideshare or park a few blocks away and walk over. And remember, Cows ‘n Cabs is the same Saturday night. Plan your stretchy pants accordingly!

2. The Super Saturday: November 14

Clear your calendar. The 14th is the busiest day of the month, and it’s a lot of fun:

  • Winter Park Autumn Art Festival (November 14 and 15): The 53rd annual festival in Central Park is the only juried fine art festival featuring only Florida artists. It runs 9 AM to 5 PM both days and it’s free. Buy local art, eat from the food vendors on Morse, then walk Park Avenue.
  • Vans Warped Tour (November 14 and 15): It’s back at the Camping World Stadium campus with 311, Jimmy Eat World, Third Eye Blind, Dropkick Murphys, The Used, Bowling For Soup and a lot more. Your (and my) 2005 self is screaming.
  • Nature in November at Bill Frederick Park: Hayrides, guided nature hikes, farm tours and live music, 10 AM to 3 PM. Park admission is free for the day. Great for families.
  • Orlando Beer Festival at Lake Eola (see Eat and Drink above).

Insider Tip: Between Warped Tour, Beer Fest, the art festival and Doja Cat at Kia Center, traffic will be rough. Pick one area and stay there.

3. Big Concerts and Shows

At the Kia Center:

  • Motionless In White: November 5
  • Rod Wave: November 9 and 10
  • The Neighbourhood: November 11
  • Doja Cat with Latto: November 14
  • Olivia Rodrigo, The Unraveled Tour: November 15 and 16
  • The 2nd Annual Classic Concert with Trey Songz, Rick Ross and Juvenile: November 22

The Orlando Magic have plenty of home games this month too.

At the Dr. Phillips Center and around town:

  • Monty Python’s Spamalot: The Broadway in Orlando series continues in early November.
  • Django Festival All-Stars: November 7 and 8 at Judson’s Live. My date-night pick of the month.
  • Sabrina The Teenage Witch: 30th Anniversary Live: November 12 at The Plaza Live, with tickets around $18. Peak ’90s nostalgia, and it’s cheap.

4. The Florida Classic (Saturday, November 21)

FAMU and Bethune-Cookman meet at Camping World Stadium at 3:30 PM. Even if you’re not a football person, the halftime show with both marching bands is one of the best things you’ll see in Orlando all year. Heads up: the stadium is under renovation, so capacity is reduced. Get tickets early.

5. Veterans Day Parade (Saturday, November 7)

The City of Orlando’s 27th annual Veterans Day Parade is in Lake Nona this year. It definitely will give you that home-town feeling vibe.

6. FusionFest (November 28 and 29)

Thanksgiving weekend’s best plan has nothing to do with turkey. FusionFest fills Loch Haven Park with food, music, art and culture from more than 110 countries. It’s free, and it’s one of my favorite Orlando events every year!

7. Day Trips Worth the Gas

Central Florida Food Fest (Saturday, November 7): Over at Bonnet Springs Park in Lakeland, 5 to 9 PM, with $20 tickets. Heritage, Autumn Gardens and Fall Festivals

MAX POWER at Kennedy Space Center (November 6 to 8): NASA’s new aerospace expo and air show, with astronaut appearances, next-gen aircraft and spacecraft, and a parade. It’s ticketed.

Amber Brooke Farms Fall Festival (through November 22): Pumpkins, sunflower and zinnia fields, and farm animals in Eustis. Peak photo-op season. Advance tickets recommended.
